Packing an order

After a payment is authorized, we ordinarily use 1–2 business days to review, pick, and hand the order to a carrier. Address questions, holidays, and unusual order volume can affect that preparation estimate.

Carrier transit

Once the parcel has left the store, its expected carrier transit is 4–6 business days. That window is separate from handling and is an estimate rather than a promised arrival date.

Delivery details

Checkout shows the destinations, available delivery services, and charges for the specific order. When the carrier supplies a tracking update, it is sent through the order contact details.

Shipment concerns

Confirm the delivery address before completing an order. If tracking is delayed, a parcel is damaged, or an item is shown as delivered but is unavailable, send the order number and tracking reference to mofidkhanssm@gmail.com so we can review the case.
